Several microbial collections have been preserved by the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) for the last ten years. One collection, the Luxembourg Fusarium Collection, is available to academia and industry via licensing agreements.
The Luxembourg Fusarium collection for academia and industry
Within the framework of its research activities in plant science and biotechnologies, the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) has collected and documented Fusarium strains from all over Luxembourg.
This collection, that comprises a large number of different fungal strains, is developed and preserved by LIST and available to academia and industry.
The collection is well-documented. Genetic information is included and linked with environmental information. The online search catalogue enables to search by year of collection, crop, species, cultivar, chemotype and preceeding crop. See the list of related publications.
